How Do I Create QR Codes?

QR codes can be created using barcode generators, such as QuickMark, by SimpleAct Inc. I use this application on my HTC Eris Android Smartphone. It is currently (April, 2011) in version 3.8.5.

They can also be created by any one of a number of online QR code generating webpages. One of them is Online Qr Lab. I have found it best to save the generated barcode as a PNG file. This is readily handled in webpages and word processing documents.

My now-favorite for creating QR codes is QR-Code Generator. But, because the small-sized image that it creates is still larger than my liking (195x195 pixels), I scale it down by one third, to be 130x130 pixels.
