Carrot Greens Pesto/Chimichurri Ingredients List
Not to over-state the obvious, but the ingredients are:
Cleaned Carrot Greens - 1 cup, finely chopped
Dried Oregano - 2 tsp
Steamed Eggs Instructions
Place just one inch of water in a pan suffiently-sized to allow for just one layer of eggs. You do not want the eggs to be covered over with the water, you are steaming them, not boiling them.
Bring the water to a boil.
Carefully add the eggs, trying not to drop them in too hard.
Cover and continue to boil.
Start your timer for seven minutes.
While the eggs are steaming, prepare a bowl of ice water.
When the time is up, quickly remove the eggs to the ice water bath.
Allow the eggs to chill for several minutes in the ice water bath.
Crack open and peel the eggs or reserve in shell for later use.
